1. What is changing with the Acura EV app?
The Acura EV app will no longer be available for Acura ZDX customers after August 3, 2026. Customers should transition to the AcuraLink® app to continue using connected vehicle features.
2. When should I switch to the AcuraLink® app?
You can begin using the AcuraLink® app starting June 3, 2026. To avoid any interruption in service, please switch by August 3, 2026.
3. Can I use both apps during the transition period?
Yes. From June 3 through August 2, 2026, you may use both the Acura EV app and the AcuraLink® app.
4. What happens if I don’t switch by August 3, 2026?
After August 3, 2026, the Acura EV app will no longer work with your Acura ZDX. To continue using connected features, you must download and sign in to the AcuraLink® app using your existing Acura credentials. Your credentials will remain active, and you can download the AcuraLink® app and sign in at any time.
5. Will this change affect my vehicle’s operation or safety systems?
No. This change applies only to the mobile app used to access connected services. Your vehicle’s operation, drivability, and safety systems continue to function normally.
6. What features are available in the AcuraLink® app for ZDX?
Charging features, charging station locations, AcuraLink connected by OnStar services, Roadside Assistance Number, Send Destination to Vehicle, and Schedule Service (availability varies by dealer).
7. Will my existing AcuraLink connected by OnStar services continue?
Yes. Any active AcuraLink connected by OnStar services will continue in the AcuraLink® app as originally provided.

Yes. Your connected services and vehicle information associated with your Acura account will continue to be available when you sign in to the AcuraLink® app.
12. Does this change apply to all Acura vehicles?
No. This change applies specifically to Acura ZDX vehicles using the Acura EV app.
