Availability of spare parts, repair service and information for maintenance or repair:

Pursuant to applicable Quebec regulation, Acura does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or information required for the maintenance or repair of these products or their components.

Acura is providing the above Notice pursuant to Section 39 of the Quebec Consumer Protection Act and its regulations. It pertains to the availability guarantee of spare parts, repair services and information required for maintenance and repair for products offered for sale after October 5, 2025, enacted by s. 39 of the Quebec CPA. This disclosure Notice is intended to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Acura’s position with regards s. 39 of the Quebec CPA ensures that Acura can continue to meet the needs of all of our customers in Canada, while managing the complexities of our supply chain, and in light of the number of component parts that comprise each product.
