The next generation NSX defies conventional ideas about supercars, just as the original NSX did twenty-five years earlier. Beginning with an all-new power unit - twin-turbocharged 75-degree DOHC V6 engine with 9-speed DCT and three-electric motor Sport Hybrid system - the production model of the 2016 NSX embodies Acura’s human-centred performance ethos. With a maximum power output above 550 horsepower in an ultra-rigid and lightweight multi-material body with world’s-first material applications, the new NSX is the ultimate realization and representation of precision-crafted performance.

Re-engineered and re-imagined, the 2016 ILX breaks new ground in performance for premium entry sedans. The aggressive new powertrain, consisting of a 2.4 litre, direct-injected engine and an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission with torque converter, raises the bar and heart rates with 201-horsepower and 180 lb.-ft of torque. Extensive exterior and interior upgrades include standard Jewel Eye™ LED headlights and, for the first time, standard AcuraWatch™ advanced safety and driver-assistive technologies. All of which adds up to one game-changer of an update. Slated for arrival early spring.
